  • What does the $300.00 pay for?

    iParenting Media Awards offers an enormous amount of services not typically found with other product testing and awards programs. iParenting Media Awards uses a significant amount of the $300.00 fee to pay for the following:

    1. ISO9000:2001 Certification – iParenting pays for multiple audits annually that cost thousands of dollars a year. This gives you security that we are doing what we say we are doing. Can other awards programs guarantee this level of confidence?

    2. Reviewers - We pay our reviewers who are under contract, which is unlike many awards programs that use their friends, family or just one person to evaluate your product. We train our reviewers and evaluate them quarterly.

    3. Customer Service – We have a customer service team you can reach via phone or e-mail that will respond to you immediately. They will handle any and every question you may have. Most awards programs do not have a live person for you speak to, which leaves very little guidance or support for you. We will always be here for you.

    4. Shipping Costs – We accept all submitted product at our headquarters and we match thousands of products quarterly to our reviewer base of more than 400 reviewers. This ensures a quality match of your products to the right reviewers.

    5. Promotion with iParenting Assets – iParenting will utilize all of its assets(online, print and radio) to promote award-winning products to the trade and consumers. The trade component consists of broadcast and print media outlets and our retailer network. The consumer component consists of millions of users on iParenting’s Web sites and e-mail lists, our radio show and print vehicles.

    6. Promotion at other Media Outlets – iParenting works hard to gain media coverage for iParenting Media Award winners. We use many PR consultants to execute this. As an example, in 2005, iParenting’s CEO was in New York showing award-winning product on TV from the Toy Fair, on WGN Superstation TV promoting award-winning products for traveling during the summer and on ABC News promoting products. In addition, iParenting Media’s Editor-In-Chief regularly appears on TV and promotes iParenting Media Award winners first versus other products because she feels confident in the product testing program at the iParenting Media Awards division.

    You’ve invested a lot of money and time for your product and we recognize this. iParenting Media has done the same as you by building the best consumer product testing and evaluation program in the country and maintaining the most honored award in the parenting, children's media and juvenile marketplace.
