    User Account & Related Information

    What if I have forgotten or misplaced my User Account information?
    What if the person who set up the User Account is no longer within our employ and I cannot access that User Account?

    I set up a User Account and started to enter my product, but the system stopped unexpectedly, and I did not get confirmation that I completed the entry successfully. What do I do?

    What if I have forgotten or misplaced my User Account information?

    On the left side of our homepage, www.iparentingmediaawards.com, you will see the statement, “Forgot your Password?” click on that link and enter your e-mail address. Within minutes you will receive an e-mail that will provide you with your user name and allow you to reset your password.

    If you have changed your e-mail address, you will need to contact iParenting Media for assistance at 888-808-IPMA (4762) or via e-mail at info@iparentingmediaawards.com.

    What if the person who set up the User Account is no longer within our employ and I cannot access that User Account?

    If the e-mail address of the former employee is still operating and you can access that person’s incoming mail, simply click on the “Forgot your Password?” link located at the left side of our homepage at www.iparentingmediawards.com.

    Within minutes, you will receive an e-mail that will provide you with the user name for the user account previously set up by your former employee. You will also be provided with the instructions on how to reset the password. Once you have reset the password, you will be entered into the user account. Please take a moment to click on the “Edit Profile” button on the left side of your home page and update the contact information. For additional technical assistance, please contact iParenting Media at: 888-808-IPMA (4762) or via e-mail at info@iparentingmediaawards.com.

    What if I have more than one User Account set up?

    Please advise iParenting Media at your earliest convenience at: 888-808-IPMA (4762) or via e-mail at info@iparentingmediaawards.com. Once notified, we will merge your accounts into one active user account.

    Do I set up a new User Account each time I submit?

    No. Please do not set up more than one user account. If you have already set up more than one account, please contact iParenting Media at 888-808-IPMA (4762) or via e-mail at info@iparentingmediaawards.com.

    Can I track the status of my entry?

    Product submissions are done online and managed by the submitter under a user name and password. This ensures security and accuracy of your company, product description and related information. After submitting online, you can then monitor and track all essential elements of the submission on your private company page. Your information is stored on our secured servers and password protected within our encrypted system.

    What if I enter my product into the wrong category?

    Do not be alarmed. We will contact you if your product is entered into the incorrect category.

    What if I entered incorrect information about my product into the Easy Submission system?

    Please e-mail help@iparentingmediaawards.com with the correct information in the body of the e-mail. It will be corrected as soon as possible and confirmation of the correction will be sent to you.

    What if I set up a User Account but did not enter a product?

    Setting up a user account but not entering an item is absolutely no problem. In fact, we encourage all interested manufacturers and vendors to set up a user account at the iParenting Media Awards home page and update it regularly. This way, we can keep in contact with you and update you regularly on our exciting retailer programs and on all other submission and Call for Entries information. Please just keep in mind that when you are ready to enter your product(s), do not set up another user account.

    I set up a User Account and started to enter my product, but the system stopped unexpectedly and I did not get confirmation that I completed the entry successfully. What do I do?

    If you did not receive confirmation via e-mail that your product was entered properly within 10 minutes of the completion of your attempted submission, it was not entered properly.

    Log out of the User Account area. Visit our homepage again at www.iparentingmediaawards.com.

    Enter your user name and password.

    Once you have done this, you should be able to view a statement that reads, “Your Company Homepage.”

    If you have found this, scroll down on the right half of the page to view a table that will display your company activity and recent submissions and the status of the title(s). If the table is empty, your attempted submission was not properly entered and you will have to re-enter your material. It should not take you more than five minutes, as you have already become familiarized with the series of questions and because you have already set up your user account.

    If your title is listed in the submission table as: “Pre-submission Status,” you have entered properly. Now you need to simply indicate to our system your method of payment for the submission fee.

    Once you have completed this process, your product will be properly entered and you will receive immediate confirmation via e-mail that you have completed the process correctly.
