    The evil villain, Hacker, has stolen the Mega-Bolt from the Cyberchase kids. He accidentally loses it in R-Fair-City--a giant carnival with rides, games, and food stands. In order to retrieve the Mega-Bolt, the kids complete games and give prizes to the residents of R-Fair-City. They must keep track of what each resident wants--teaching the players about data collection and organization--to beat Hacker and save the Cyber-Bolt!
