Produced by his label mate and prominent Casablanca Kids children’s entertainer Jack Grunsky, Sing With Fred is packed with songs Fred Penner has always wanted to record, done with the distinctive Penner spin. Harburg’s timeless "Over the Rainbow," Peter, Paul & Mary’s fanciful 1960 hit "Puff the Magic Dragon," and Gov. Jimmie Davis’s beloved country ballad, "You Are My Sunshine," the Spanish tune "Des Colores" and the French classroom favorite "Alouette."
